Team Falcons analyst Bonkers announces he is seeking a new team

Team Falcons’ Dota 2 analyst Allen “Bonkers” Cook has confirmed that his time with the organization will come to an end in late November 2026. In a post on X, he said that he is already looking for a new team.

What was announced

Cook’s message was straightforward: his cooperation with Team Falcons will finish at the end of November. He used the announcement to let teams know that he is available and considering his next step in Dota 2.

The source does not mention any further details about the reasons for the change, nor does it list a replacement or any immediate roster move from Team Falcons. For now, the key point is simply that one of the organization’s backroom staff members is set to leave after a period of work with the team.

Why this matters for Dota 2 teams

Analyst changes are not as visible as player transfers, but they can still affect how a team prepares for matches. In modern Dota 2, analysts often help with draft preparation, opponent study and post-game review, so a departure like this can matter for a squad that wants to keep its prep process stable.

For ranked players, the news is also a reminder of how much behind-the-scenes work goes into top-level Dota 2. The results seen on stage are often shaped by people who are not in the spotlight, but who influence how teams approach drafts and match planning.

What is known now

At the moment, the only confirmed detail is that Cook is searching for a new team after his current arrangement with Team Falcons ends in November 2026. No destination has been named, and no official follow-up from Team Falcons is included in the source.

If more information appears later, it will likely be about where Cook continues his career and whether Team Falcons reshapes its support staff before the next competitive period.
